Inmate trust fund accounts are set up for each inmate that is booked in to the Saint Martin Parish DOC Correctional facility located in Breaux Bridge, La.
The St. Martin Parish Sheriff's Office operates a Trustee Road Crew program where inmate trustee's are assigned to various crews with a supervising Deputy that perform litter abatement and street level beautification such as grass cutting and the re-painting of curbs and cross-walks throughout the parish. Additionally, they provide custodial and maintenance services at the St. Martin Parish Sheriff's Office and to several other Parish Government offices.
