Sheriff Sales are conducted on Wednesday's at 11:00am in the front lobby of the St. Martin Parish Sheriff's Office, as advertised.  Sheriff Sales are advertised on Wednesdays in the legal section of the Teche News prior to the date of sale.  On the day of the sale, a listing of sales is also posted on the front doors of the Court House.   

The sales list available on this website is for informational purposes only and does not include withdrawls or cancellations.  We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this information.  Individuals who plan to attend a Sheriff Sale with the intent of purchasing a property are advised to call to confirm a sale prior to the event.

All questions regarding sales should be directed to the Civil Services Bureau at 337-394-2530.  When requesting information, please provide: 

  • Defendant in the suit, or

     

  • Case Number, or

     

  • Physical address of the property
